1. Introduction

Welcome to Afri Finance. By applying for a loan with us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application.

2. Loan Application and Approval

• 2.1. All loan applications are subject to credit assessment and approval.
• 2.2. Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval.
• 2.3. Afri Finance reserves the right to approve or decline any loan application based on internal policies and risk assessment.

3. Initiation Fee and Payment

• 3.1. A mandatory upfront initiation fee must be paid before the loan payout is processed.
• 3.2. The initiation fee cannot be deducted from the loan amount or added to the loan balance.
• 3.3. If the initiation fee is not paid, Afri Finance will not process the loan payout.
• 3.4. If you are unable to pay the initiation fee, do not proceed with your loan application.

4. Loan Disbursement

• 4.1. Once the initiation fee is received, a loan agreement will be sent to you for signing.
• 4.2. After we receive the signed loan agreement, the loan amount will be disbursed to the applicant’s provided bank account.
• 4.3. The payout process may take up to 48 hours after all requirements are met.

5. Repayment Terms

• 5.1. Loan repayments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
• 5.2. Late payments may result in penalties, additional fees, and negative credit reporting.
• 5.3. Afri Finance reserves the right to take legal action in the event of non-payment.

6. Fraud and Misrepresentation

• 6.1. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.
• 6.2. Afri Finance may take legal action against fraudulent applications.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• 7.1. Afri Finance respects your privacy and will only use your personal information for loan processing and verification.
• 7.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Amendments to Terms

• 8.1. Afri Finance reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
